Hi, can someone help me with my account?
Of course. I’m checking that for you now.

From an authorized Page to the right support agent.

The connection is deliberate, visible, and controlled by a business administrator.

1

Connect a Page

An administrator opens Integrations, selects Connect Page, and completes Facebook Login for Business.

2

Receive customer messages

After authorization and webhook subscription, customer-initiated Messenger messages are routed to the company workspace.

3

Reply from one inbox

Authorized support staff read and reply in Play Desk during Meta’s permitted messaging window. The business can disconnect the Page at any time.

A strict boundary around Meta data.

Play Desk uses Facebook Page and Messenger data only to establish the authorized connection, route conversations, and provide customer support.

What we use

  • Page names, Page IDs, and Page access tokens for authorized connections.
  • Page-scoped user IDs, available names, message content, message IDs, and timestamps for support routing.
  • Managed business and owned-Page information only when needed to locate the Page authorized by the administrator.

What Meta data is never used for

  • Gambling, deposits, withdrawals, redemption, or payment processing.
  • Advertising, audience building, data selling, or unrelated profiling.
  • Unsolicited marketing or messages outside Meta’s permitted support window.

Why Play Desk requests each permission.

Every requested permission supports the same customer-support workflow.

pages_show_list

Lists the Pages included in the administrator’s authorization so the correct Page can be selected and connected.

pages_manage_metadata

Subscribes the connected Page to the messages webhook and removes that subscription when the Page is disconnected.

pages_messaging

Allows authorized support agents to reply to customer-initiated Messenger conversations from the shared inbox.

business_management

Locates an authorized Business Portfolio-owned Page when it is not returned through the standard Page list. It is not used to manage advertising accounts.

Privacy Policy

When a business connects a Facebook Page, Play Desk receives the Page name and ID, a Page access token, and the Pages made available by the person authorizing the connection. For Messenger support conversations, we receive the sender’s Page-scoped ID, available profile name, message text, message ID, and time.

We use this information to connect the authorized Page, route a customer-initiated conversation to the correct company workspace, let authorized support agents respond, maintain security, and comply with valid legal obligations. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for advertising.

Sharing and access

The business whose Page the customer messages and its authorized support staff can see the conversation and available profile details so they can respond. Service providers may process limited data only to host and operate Play Desk. Messenger data is not shared with unrelated businesses.

Retention and choices

We keep account and conversation data only while needed to provide the service, handle support requests, and meet legal obligations. Disconnecting a Page removes the Play Desk integration with that Page. Requests for access, correction, or deletion can be sent to support@messangers.app.

Terms & Conditions

Play Desk is a customer-support messaging platform. Businesses may connect only Facebook Pages they are authorized to manage. Users must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unsolicited, or policy-violating activity.

We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. Questions can be sent to support@messangers.app.

Data Deletion Instructions

Email support@messangers.app with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the Play Desk account email or phone number. If the request concerns a Messenger conversation and you do not have a Play Desk account, include the Facebook Page name and approximate conversation date, or message the Page from the same Facebook account.

After ownership is verified, we delete the applicable account record, messages stored by Play Desk, and linked platform identifiers such as the Messenger Page-scoped ID within 30 days, except for information we must retain by law. We confirm completion through the contact method used for the request. This does not remove copies retained independently by Facebook.
